At 7 For All Mankind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
